· Retail Orders:
· All retail orders will be shipped USPS or Ground FedEx by default, unless otherwise requested.
· Free standard USPS shipping will be provided for all retail orders over $75.00.
· If a different shipping method is requested; shipping costs will be reassessed and added when the order is shipped, irrespective of the order amount.
Step 1: Call our Customer Care toll-free at 1-877-99-MONAG or email us at service@monag.com to notify us of the return or exchange with your full name and Invoice number if you have it.
Step 2: Please state the reason for the return.
Step 3: Send the merchandise to the following address only after you have authorization from us:

Step 4: Please note, if merchandise is damaged, worn, stained or improperly packed and shipped will receive no credit. All items must be unworn and in new condition, and all original packaging included. Please package the item to protect from harm while shipping, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged while in transit to us. We strongly recommend you ship via a trackable method and keep a record of your shipping confirmation for your protection.
Step 5: Once we receive the return, we will process a request to credit your account or send you another item, depending on your request. This process can take from 1 to 15 days.
International Deliveries:
Prior to ordering, customers must contact our customer service at 1-877-99-MONAG or e-mail us at service@monag.com to receive an estimated rate for an international delivery.

Q: Why do some of the colors look strange? A: Every computer screen depicts colors differently. The MONAG web site administrator has made every effort to make the colors of the clothing on screen depict its true color. In the event your computer interprets the colors differently (than the actual colors), please call 1-877-99-MONAG.
Q: Why do different styles of same color not match exactly? A: Colors will vary by dye lot, we can’t guarantee the color of your specific order will exactly match any sample you receive or match any garments previously ordered. This is a given in the fabric and garment district. While every effort is made to achieve color consistency some minor color variations due to dyeing or weaving irregularities is natural and inevitable. For different styles to match exactly they must be cut from the same roll of fabric, if you are trying to match different styles, we suggest placing a custom order so they can be made from the same lot.
